Qualify. Nurture. Convert.

Custom pipeline systems for local contractors who want better opportunities, better follow-up, and more of the right jobs.

Hello my name is Joseph Morey, I was born and raised in Maine, and I’ve spent most of my life working in hands-on, people-focused environments. Over the years, I’ve worked in landscaping, manufacturing, mental health, and other labor-intensive roles. Those experiences gave me a broad understanding of how different businesses operate, how people work, and how much effort it takes to build something worthwhile.

I started Qwak House Media because I wanted more than a job I simply clocked into every day. I wanted to build something of my own that could also help other local businesses grow. To me, success is not just about what happens inside my own business. If Qwak House Media succeeds because the businesses I work with are getting stronger, booking better opportunities, and building a healthier future, then that success reaches further into the community.

I genuinely want to see local businesses and the communities around them prosper. I believe God gives each of us different gifts, abilities, and experiences, and part of my responsibility is to use what I’ve been given to serve other people well. That belief shapes how I approach my work and how I treat the people who trust me with their business.

When I work with a client, I want them to know their business actually matters to me. I believe in being honest about what I can do, giving each business personal attention, and taking the time to understand what they really need rather than trying to force everyone into the same solution. I want to build systems that are useful, practical, and designed around the way their business actually operates.

My faith is also a major part of the values behind Qwak House Media. I believe in treating people with respect, operating with integrity, taking responsibility for my work, and serving others instead of simply trying to make a sale.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: use the skills God has given me to help good local businesses grow, serve their customers better, and contribute to stronger communities here in Maine.
